After 40 years away from his hometown, Judge Patrick Coburn (Robert Pugh — The Shadow Line, Robin Hood) has returned to Dovefield, Liverpool (Northern England) to take charge of the innovative Public Justice Centre. No ordinary court, the PJC does away with wigs and wood paneling and takes a problem-solving approach to crime, drugs and anti-social behavior in an unloved part of a tough and suspicious town.
