After 10 years of alcohol and loneliness, Detective Mickey Hayden is assigned to track down a serial killer, the same serial killer that caused Hayden's downfall 10 years ago. The killer has resurfaced with his trademark and all but begs for Hayden to try to catch him again. But Hayden is experiencing psychic visions this time around. What he sees everytime he touches something that belonged to a victim is horrifying.
