Picking Up The Pieces

A man kills his unfaithful wife in a fit of rage. He chops up her body into pieces and buries them in the desert. He thinks that he's in the clear until her hand resurfaces and trip a blind woman. The blind woman is miraculously "cured" and holds the hand as a religious relic. The small town enjoys instant fame and prosperity while the guilty husband is just trying to keep his wife buried.
