Disney Going Back To The 'Mountain'

You know the whole saying about going to the well one too many times? Well, Disney's putting that country wisdom to the test with its latest remake.

Plans were announced yesterday that Disney will remake 1975's Escape To Witch Mountain. However, this isn't the first time that Disney's revisiting this subject matter. There were at least two sequels and Escape To Witch Mountain was previously remade in 1995.

What makes this version unique? Well, they've announced that David Nutter will direct the feature-length remake. You might recognize his name from some of your favorite X-Files and Roswell episodes. He's widely regarded as one of the best sci-fi TV series directors.
