Affleck, Woo Cash Their 'Paycheck'

With Daredevil opening this weekend and his impending nuptials to J Lo looming, Ben Affleck is certainly busy. But that didn't stop him from grabbing the opportunity to work with director John Woo in Paycheck.

Like Minority Report, Total Recall and Blade Runner, Paycheck is based on a Philip K. Dick story in which an electrical engineer, who is working on a top secret project, wakes up one morning unable to remember anything about his job.

Filming is set to get underway next month in Vancouver for a holiday release this year. As part of its co-distribution deal with Paramount, Dreamworks agreed to move Affleck's Surviving Christmas to 2004's holiday season. Although with Gigli and Jersey Girl still slated for release this year, it looks like it's going to be an Affleck Christmas aferall...
