Mel Gibson's religious film, The Passion Of The Christ, has finally found a home on video. It's funny how $200 million in 12 days can change a studio's outlook on a picture.

Trade magazine Video Business reports that 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment has secured domestic rights for VHS and DVD and is still negotiating for key foreign markets. A few short weeks ago, 20th Century Fox, which has a first-look deal with Gibson's Icon Pictures, passed on the theatrical rights to the film because of the swirling controversy surrounding the film.

No official release date has been released by Fox, but we expect The Passion Of The Christ to debut on home video in August.
