Actor Robert Downey, Jr. was arrested again on Tuesday and shortly thereafter, fired from the hit television series, 'Ally McBeal.'

A policeman patroling Culver City, an L.A. suburb, noticed a man loitering alone in an alley. The policeman did not recognize Robert, but believed the man to be under the influence of a stimulant. The Golden Globe winning actor was taken to the police station and given a urine test. Results were negative for drugs, but authorities still gave him a citation.

This is just another incident to add to Mr. Downey's long list of drug-related arrests. He was released to his parole officer and checked himself into a Los Angeles detox center. His attorney told the press, "He's getting immediate help. He remains committed to eventually beating this."

After his 72-hours in detox, the Wonder Boys star will be admitted to a live-in drug treatment center for a minimum of six months.
