Tom Sizemore gets 17 months in jail

If you're a Hollywood producer and you were banking on Tom Sizemore being in our next movie, you're going to have a little more patience. Yesterday, Sizemore was sentenced to 17 months in jail and 4 months in a drug treatment facility stemming from his drug test failures while on probation.

In a separate felony methamphetamine case later in the day, Sizemore was sentenced to additional drug rehab time. Prior to his first sentence, Sizemore pleaded with the judge to spare him jail time.

"I assure your honor that I'm not acting now. I'm not acting, I'm begging, I'm beseeching you. I can't imagine my future without performing."

Following the sentencing, Sizemore was observed donning an obscene gesture for the media. Sizemore remains free while he appeals a domestic violence charge stemming from his relationship with former Hollywood Madam Heidi Fleiss.
