Schwarzenegger gets fat lip from motorcycle accident

California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger received 15 stitches in his upper lip following a traffic accident in North Hollywood on Sunday.

Ah-nuld was riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle with his 12-year-old son Patrick in the sidecar when another motorist backed into the street and struck Schwarzenegger's bike. Both Schwarzeneggers were wearing helmets and suffering only minor cuts and bruises -- with Arnold's subsequent fat lip being the most significant injury.

The governor kept his appointments Monday despite doctors advice to avoid speaking for at least three days. Schwarzenegger joked, "My wife said make it seven."

His puffy lip didn't seem to cause him much pain or affect his speech. After all, the Ca-lee-for-nee-uh governor's pronunciation skills couldn't get much worse.
