'Funny People' gets raunchy with its red band trailer

Last week, we mentioned how the viral marketing for Funny People was ramping up ahead of its July 31 release. This week, MySpace has an age-restricted red band trailer for the new Judd Apatow flick.

While the trailer does contain its fair share of vulgar language and suggestive stand-up comedy bits, it's more on the tame side of red bandness. Below you can see the red band trailer in all its not fit for general audiences glory, but you do have to verify your age.

Personally, as you know, I can't wait to see this flick, but I do think that some people will be surprised by the depth and resonance of the movie as it would appear that the marketing is focusing solely on the funny parts. FEEDBACK{Take a look and tell us what you think.
