Finally, Freddy's face is revealed

In two weeks, A Nightmare on Elm Street will hit the big screen and everyone will be able to judge for themselves who is the best Freddy, Jackie Earle Haley or Robert Englund. It was beginning to look like we would have to wait that long to get a real good look at the new Freddy's face too.

Thankfully, the wait is over.

Enter Yahoo! Movies and their "All I Have To Do Is Dream" clip that debuted on their site today. In it, we get our first up close and personal, well-lit look at the new face of Freddy Krueger.

For me, I will always respect Englund and the job he did in creating the character, but I'm also excited to see what little nuances Jackie Earle Haley will bring to the role. I just think that he's the perfect casting choice to play Freddy and with the more realistic makeup job that we see here, it looks like Freddy will continue to strike fear in the dreams of children for a whole new generation.
