'Austin Powers' To Battle 'Goldmember'!!

We knew things were moving fast with Austin Powers 3, but we didn't figure they were moving this fast. The latest installment has been given the proverbial green light and an official title, Austin Powers In Goldmember.

The James Bond-spoofed title will also feature Mike Myers portraying the new baddie Goldmember, as well as playing regulars Austin Powers, Dr. Evil and Fat Bastard. Filming is set to commence in November and a theatrical release date of July 26, 2002 is planned.

It's still early, but they hope to get the whole cast back including Verne Troyer, Seth Green and Heather Graham, although her part would be a cameo as a new love interest will be introduced.
