Oscar-winner Matt Damon has finally found love again. After so many Hollywood relationships end in heartache, The Talented Mr. Ripley's new flame isn't another star, but best friend Ben Affleck's personal assistant Odessa Whitmire.

It's obvious how the two met. They knew each other before they became involved in a relationship and believe that is one reason why they've grown so close.
