Tom Hanks Moves Into 'Terminal'

One of the biggest stars in Hollywood is set to play a Balkan immigrant in Dreamworks' Terminal. Tom Hanks has signed on to play the beleaguered man who finds himself without a country when a war breaks out in his native land while he waits for his airplane. Through the course of the fighting, his country is removed from the map and his passport is voided leaving him stranded in an airport lounge.

Over the course of his "incarceration," he befriends the airport employees and falls in love with a flight attendant. No word on when the movie will start, but it's speculated that this movie will arrive in theaters during the holiday season of 2003.
