Jim Carrey Wants To Be All Red White And Blue

Comedian actor Jim Carrey was born and raised in Canada but wants nothing more than to become a U.S. citizen in addition to holding onto his Canadian citizenship as well.

"To me, this country defined me. This country allowed my dreams to come true," Jim said in praises to the United States. "I always felt growing up that America was a big brother, protecting us in the school yard."

The process can take up to a year, so Jimmy is studying up on American citizenship questions and the Pledge of Allegiance.
