Is The 'Phantom' DVD Done?

We reported a couple of weeks ago about a top secret DVD coming out later this year that was going by the code name "Blue Harvest." The speculation quickly surmised that the title in question was The Phantom Menace, the latest Star Wars offering from George Lucas.

Well now, these same sources are reporting that the "phantom" disc is complete and is currently being checked for quality control purposes. Among many extra features on the 2 disc set is, allegedly, about 20 minutes of unseen footage.
