The shaggy mutt is coming back to the big screen after a 25 year hiatus. Benji is one of Hollywood's most beloved dogs and he's coming back for a special full-length Christmas movie.

In Benji Returns: The Promise Of Christmas, the pooch hero outwits a dogcatcher while trying to bring Christmas to a group of poor kids. No word on whether it will hit the big screen or come directly to to video.
