A deadly serial pyromaniac is preying on young women in London's Soho district. Assigned to the case is a troubled police investigator who is haunted by disturbing memories of his deceased wife.
When he meets a woman in a club who reminds him of his lost love, the hunt for the killer takes a surprising turn and someone is going to get burned.
